Method 1: Spray onto cotton pads & gently wipe onto neck & face area, repeat if necessary.

Method 2: Spray toner onto inside of washed hands & gently pat onto skin.

For an ultra-dewy finish, lightly mist our toner over your completed makeup look (avoiding the eye area). This not only enhances your radiance but also helps your setting spray lock in the look for longer-lasting wear.
